DEFINITIONS
In these Terms:

We may provide you with access to third party payment gateways such as Wave, Intuit, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay and/or Klarna. These services are not under our control and are not maintained by our company. You agree to read the terms and conditions governing your selected payment gateway prior to facilitating any transactions through them.
SALE TERMS
At the moment of purchase, you are entering into an agreement with our company. You acknowledge and agree that any purchases of products or services made through the Site are covered by our Terms and Conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Indiana.
